To achieve this, our engagements typically include:
- Facilitating the top team. Our
strategy off-sites differ from the norm because they work equally at
the levels of strategy and trust in the team. Our consultants are themselves
experienced business leaders and strategists, but bring equal strengths
in working the emotional and trust agenda in the team. Often it is
this, rather than the strategies themselves, which is the obstacle
to performance, and we are well-equipped to address this.
- Coaching
the CEO or leader of the division. Throughout
the process of articulating and aligning the strategy, we are there
to partner with the team leader. His or her role is crucial. This
is sometimes a formalised coaching process, but more often a constant
and informal way that we partner.
- Facilitating the next tier of the organisation. Once
the senior team is aligned on their key strategic priorities, the
next 30 and next 100 people need to be brought on board. We manage
large-group events with the best processes from the worlds of innovation
and large-group facilitation to ensure understanding, commitment and
action around the key areas of focus for the business.
- Partnering with the leadership to align and equip
the rest of the organisation. Depending on the size and
culture of your organisation, aligning successive layers of line managers
will be a combination of communication, events, workshops and training
modules. We work with you to design and deliver these. Our bias
is towards equipping your own staff to deliver much of this, as
this maximises embedding.
- Supporting follow-through on strategic priorities. As
strategy implementation consultants, we know that the battle is not
won when the priorities are set, or even when the rest of the organisation
is excited about implementing them. For as long as you require, we
will be there to partner with you as you steer the organisation and
adjust strategies dynamically.
