Over the years we have often been struck by how overwhelmed people can become when things really start to change in an organization. Our clients consistently tell us they have far more to do than they have time and energy to do it with. Many of them have done some version of traditional time and work/life management, but the old techniques and theories are not making the required impact.
We wanted to be able to help our clients with this overwhelm and are delighted to be a UK Partner for the David Allen Company, the world's leading providers of information, education, and products that enhance personal and interactive productivity. We believe that their 'Getting Things Done' approach is the answer to helping our clients build a sustainable system that restores a sense of balance and control in the midst of an ever-changing marketplace.
GTD is about getting things done that are meaningful to you, with truly the least amount of invested attention and energy. It isn't hardware or software. It is the necessary missing component that makes all the hardware and software more usable.
GTD® Services
Workflow Coaching
A one-on-one program delivered by a Certified GTD coach which gets you current with work and installs an effective input-handling process and a customized organizational system. Appropriate for all levels of professionals who are handling an increasing volume of communication and responsibilities.
The coaching takes into consideration the specific nature of the individual's work requirements, current working tools and procedures, and interaction with others in the external environment. The flow and tracking of paper and electronic communications, meetings, voice mail, and project support material is processed and evaluated.
Weaknesses in the current procedures and systems are assessed, and real improvements are implemented immediately, resulting in a fully integrated and customized workflow system. At the end of the Installation Intensive, outstanding work will be organized, with a natural tracking system that meshes with organization requirements as well as the individual's style.
Two eight-hour sessions on contiguous days, one preliminary call and two weekly review follow-up calls.
