Paul Galante

Paul is a multi-cultural consultant with deep experience of working with both global and mid-sized multinationals in the areas of strategy implementation, strategic change management, and leadership development.  He has worked throughout mainland Europe, in the UK and North America in a wide variety of sectors notably including financial services, professional services, FMCG and process industries.  Some of his recent clients include Lafarge, Monier, BAT, Finalyse, and CGI.

Paul has led several strategy implementation programmes, often involving substantial organisational and process alignment complemented by active change management.  He has also designed and/or implemented many leadership development programmes for both top and senior managers and their teams, and has coached a substantial number of senior executives.  His approach to assignments includes the use of multiple points of focus to achieve sustainable systemic results.  These include business, cultural, and psychological dimensions.

Previously, Paul was a director in the European Strategic Change practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in London.  Prior to that, he was a consultant and manager at Value Added Europe, a spin-off from Boston Consulting Group, based in Brussels.  His earlier career was as a financial adviser  in mergers & acquisitions, which he practiced both in the USA and in the City of London.

Paul holds a degree in Chemistry from Queen Mary College, London, an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles, and has pursued post-graduate studies in organisational psychology. He is certified in the use of various psychometric and other analytical instruments such as MBTI, FIRO-B, CPI 260, and Benchmarks. 
Paul is of Italian and French parentage. He speaks French, Italian & English fluently, and has a working knowledge of Spanish. 
He is a keen weekend and short-cruise sailor, and he has a deep interest of Eastern spiritual practices notably including Buddhist meditation.
