Paul Black

Paul has 30 years of experience as an award winning TV producer and blue chip management consultant. For the last 12 years he has specialised in the people side of organisational change, working with a variety of clients in both public and private sectors. He is an accredited expert in calculating the ROI of Training and Learning interventions. Paul also has significant media experience, particularly as a senior manager within the television industry where he was Controller of Programme Management and an award-winning TV producer for an ITV company and an ITV trained-trainer. Paul currently uses his skills to help clients to reduce their carbon footprints and to examine their sustainability practices as our senior consultant with the Carbon Considerations practice.

An accomplished facilitator and public speaker, Paul is regularly in demand for conference work, where his sense of humour and light hearted style complement an informed and challenging message. A graduate of Cambridge University Paul holds a Master of Arts in English & Theology
