Monika Koncz

Monika is a consultant, coach and experienced facilitator who has worked in organizational change, strategy implementation, diversity and leadership development as well as on development cooperation in the non-governmental sector. Her experience includes design and delivery of leadership development journeys, strategic workshops, training’s around intercultural effectiveness and the planning, implementing and measuring of change in small and large international organizations.

Since starting her consulting career with Future Considerations in 2006, Monika has designed and delivered innovative leadership development programmes, integrating sustainability and intercultural diversity. She has worked with KPMG Europe on its vision for diversity, and conducted research and trainings to build cross-cultural high – performing teams. Other clients include HSBC, UNIDO, Thames Water, PwC (Russia), Coca Cola (Russia), Addax, and Tesco.

Before joining Future Considerations, Monika worked for the Diversity Department at the headquarters of DHL/Deutsche Post World Net in Bonn, where she has designed diversity awareness trainings and diversity implementation toolkits.

Prior to working with DHL, Monika was Vice President People Development of the AIESEC International management board, where she was responsible for the implementation of a large scale change process in 90 countries, that changed the nature, role and core work of the organization.

Monika has been particularly engaged in the Development and non-governmental sector, working in the GTZ in Quito, Ecuador, for the department of decentralization, and for the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in Germany, on a project to support civil peacekeeping forces.

She holds a Masters degree in Sociology - majoring in Organisational Behaviour and Diversity Management - from the University of Bonn. She is trained as a coach from the Coaching Training Institute (CTI) and speaks 6 languages. Monika loves connecting people and passions and enjoys traveling, nature, art and music.
