Jarda Dokoupil
Jarda Dokoupil is a trainer, facilitator, coach, speaker and explorer. His areas of experience and interest lie in experiential learning, leadership, dialogue, U-process, sustainability and social change. Through his activities and engagements Jarda aims to develop himself, others and contribute to a better world for tomorrow.
Jarda has spent the majority of his working life with the largest leadership development organisation for young people - AIESEC. AIESEC groups over 20000 university students in over 100 countries, offering its members unique opportunities for complex personal development aimed at developing internationally minded leadership relevant for the 21st Century. Jarda's 6 year journey within the organization allowed him to develop practical skills in leadership, management, team-work, public speaking as well as training and facilitation. Furthermore, it allowed him to become capable of operating and succeeding within complex, challenging and highly multi-cultural environments.
Alongside his involvement with AIESEC, Jarda worked as a trainer for Learn2lead, took short term assignments in Ernst and Young and Microsoft, and studied and lived in the US, Belgium and the Netherlands. Jarda is a holder of 2 Masters Degrees; a combined degree in 'International trade and Applied Psychology and Sociology in Management' from the University of Economics in Prague, and European CEMS 'International Management' degree. Jarda is fluent in Czech, English (CPE) and French and speaks a bit of Spanish as well. He has travelled to 30 countries of the world so far and loves exploring new cultures, cuisines, meeting new people and finding out new things about himself. Jarda enjoys sports, art, inspiring books and conversations as well as small beautiful moments that every day is full of.
