Helen-Jane is a leading international consultant whose skills include Sustainable Organisational Transformation, Executive Team Alignment, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. Helen-Jane is a Co-Founder of Be The Change Conference, the annual 3-day gathering held in London, with over 500 delegates attending each day. The conference aims to inform, inspire and generate insights into organizational, social and environmental matters and explore the means of effective systemic change.

Helen-Jane has extensive experience in business, across a number of different sectors. Her key competencies include complete restructuring of business units, cultural transformation and turn around, as well as leading strategic and alignment processes within organisation. Her efforts resulted in significant cost savings, business growth and long-term category captains and preferred supplier status for her business units.

Her successes led her to the position of Strategic Director for Adidas, UK. Her role was to review, design and lead implementation of Adidas UK strategy. This process highlighted the importance of Culture and Leadership Development in creating Economic Value and sustainable performance.
