Gabriela Albescu

Gabriela is a trainer, facilitator, and speaker within areas of leadership, management, diversity and freedom centered organisations. Gabriela's major expertise comes from being involved for 7 years with AIESEC and working on leadership and personal development of young people in its 106 member countries. Gabriela's last engagement with AIESEC as its Global President brought her to leading 30,000 young people around the world, within a global team of 22 direct reports from 17 different countries for a full year. This experience enriched and stretched her abilities and awareness to the limit, as an enabler to the highest performance of the organisation in the past 7 years.

Prior to joining AIESEC, Gabriela has been largely involved with action learning programs involving community based field projects within ProVita Romania. Moreover she engaged with a diversity of training programs as an associate trainer to several Romanian companies.

Gabriela has been part of Future Considerations for the past 2 years, working in designing and delivering large scale oganisational transformation and leadership programmes with key clients across several sectors, such as: BP, Cadbury (Developing Leaders Day), HSBC and TATE Britain. Currenlty, Gabriela is project director for Future Considerations work with HSBC's Next Generation Development Programme, an innovative leadership development programme that develops top talent in the bank globally by immersing them in leadership and sustainability through field challenges working with local communities in countries such as Brazil, Mexico and India. Gabriela has a BsC in Business Administration at the top Economics University in Romania and speaks fluently English, French and Romanian.
