Ellie Hale

Ellie Hale has over 10 years experience of coaching and facilitating in the area of leadership and people development. She has helped transform the culture at Selfridges, BP and the NHS as well as many other prestigious organisations with her unusual mixture of compassion and honesty.

For the last 4 years she has been one of the lead facilitators on BDO’s coaching skills programme and has designed some extremely fast and effective courses and techniques for developing coaching skills.

Ellie began her career in advertising with Northcliffe Newspapers and went on to train as a psychotherapist. She stills runs a private practise to this day. However her passion is to transform businesses and people with her no nonsense approach which encourages them to experiment with new ways of thinking and approaching things so that their work and life flow more powerfully and smoothly.

She is an experienced NLP Master Practitioner and has recently added hypnotherapy to her skill base.
