David Droar

Dave is operations manager at Future Considerations, responsible for most day-to-day non-client facing activity, from facilities to staff management. There is not a typical day, the role is about solving problems, driving new initiatives, and keeping momentum going.

Prior to joining the company in 2004, Dave trained and worked in industrial chemistry, before becoming an IT consultant, working in relationship management and online business. The varied experience gave Dave a thorough understanding of business and problem solving. Since his first degree, Dave has gained qualifications in philosophy, systems thinking and is now completing his MBA.

Dave believes that quality in systems of work is a route to achieving our individual and collective potential. His mission in life is to create a world of beauty, simplicity and freedom, by building, participating and connecting.
